Drago is currently the Chair of the OECD Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions, Co-Chair of MENA – OECD Business Integrity Network, member of International Anti-Corruption Advisory Board (IACAB) and of the Defence Corruption Monitoring Committee (NAKO) in Ukraine and advisor to the Kosovo Anti-Corruption Agency. Between 2011 and 2015 he used to be International Commissioner and Chair of the Joint Independent Anti-Corruption Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (MEC) in Afghanistan. Between 2003 and 2011 he was the Chairman of the Council of Europe’s Group of States against Corruption (GRECO).

Ettore is a professional basketball coach, head coach of Olimpia Milano of the Italian Lega Basket. He has won four EuroLeague championships (Bologna and CSKA Moscow) and is regarded as one of the best European basketball coaches of all time.
He has been the head coach of the Italian National team, Bologna and Treviso teams (winning 6 Italian championships and 7 Italian Cups), CSKA Moscow (winning 6 Russian titles and 2 Russian Cups), Real Madrid then became consultant in NBA with Los Angeles Lakers and worked 5 years with the San Antonio Spurs, as NBA assistant coach.
He was inducted into the Italian Basketball Hall of Fame and into the Russian VTB United League Hall of Fame.

Francesca is the Head of Baker McKenzie’s Information Technology & Communications Group in Milan. She focuses on data protection and security, advising particularly on legal issues that arise in the use of cutting edge technology. She has been recognized in Chambers Europe’s individual lawyer rankings from 2011 to 2014. She is a regular contributor on international publications such as World Data Protection Review, DataGuidance, and others. She holds lectures at post-graduate courses of SDA – Milan Bocconi University and University of Bologna and regularly speaks at international conferences on the same topics.

Samantha has over a decade of international experience working in Philip Morris International mainly in Ethics & Compliance in Italy, France and Greece and at the PMI Operations Center in Switzerland. In addition to these roles, she recently worked in external communications and regulatory affairs focusing on PMI’s smoke-free transformation. She works with the Italian Leadership Teams to incorporate Ethics & Compliance in the business strategy through tailored training and communications.

She is a qualified lawyer in the financial service industry, having previously practised in Paris and worked in London. Prior to joining Vistra, she has worked for Natixis, Apex Group, Campbell Lutyens where she led many regulatory projects. Salima is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments, a member of the Franco British Lawyer Society, International Bar association and Institute of Directors.

Giuseppe is the head of Compliance, Risk and Internal Control Unit at the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
After his MSc in Business Administration at Bocconi university, Giuseppe worked as a business consultant, specialising in the design and implementation of Governance, Risk and Compliance environments for major industrial and financial groups.
Since 2014 Giuseppe lives in Lausanne, Switzerland, and since 2017 he works at the IOC.

After working for Terex Corp., he was appointed Chief Compliance Officer by A.P. Moeller-Maersk. Last year he joined SICPA, a Swiss-based global provider of security inks and secured identification, traceability and authentication solutions.

Afterwards, he held positions in the Legal and Compliance functions of Novartis and Baxter. Currently Carmelo is the Compliance Director of AstraZeneca Italy and Israel, while being a speaker in several international conferences in Europe, always focusing on Compliance management.
