These events gave participants the chance to network with peers and get expert recommendations to continue the hard work of driving ethics to the center of their business. Participants learned the main steps to go beyond regulatory requirements and advance their company’s ethics and compliance programme globally, while building a strong and ethical culture.
A selection of topics addressed: whistleblowing, GDPR & data privacy, international Anti-Bribery & Corruption policies, HR ethical challenges (modern slavery, diversity, etc.), reporting on Ethics and Compliance to the top, connecting strategic Risk Management & Sustainability, global reputation and the role of Ethics, cybersecurity, ethical company culture and much more.
The meetings were enriched by exclusive additional activities for attendees and guests. While in Milan Malpensa, thanks to our host partner SEA Airports, we got the chance for an immersive behind-the-scene visit of the control center. The airport managers explained the complexities of running an airport, and in line with the conference they showed us “risk management” in action. When in Turin, we got a closer look to a true 500-year-old masterpiece: the enigmatic Leonardo da Vinci’s Self Portrait.
